Wasn't Clarkson's a Renault? Or am I remembering a different episode (or a different Jeremy)?

Something tells me he doesn't have much trouble with people letting him merge.
Good to see you post Calzone, how're you feeling?

It's been many years since I've seen it. The main character is Dennis Weaver (best known for his role as the cowboy detective in McCloud ), with the other major role played the demonic semi that is chasing Weaver through the desert. It's also Steven Spielberg's debut as a film director. It first aired on TV in 1971.
The full movie is also available on YouTube, with Spanish subtitles.
